As the holiday season approaches, the team and I would like to thank you for your support and provide a service update.
Our friendly client services department and support desk will be closed from the 23rd of December to the 3rd of January. During the closure period, you are welcome to phone us and leave a message with our staffed reception team or to send an email to email@example.com

Despatch cutoff for stocked items
The last day for all orders to be sent is 22/12/2021, any orders placed after this date will be sent in the new year starting from the 3/1/2022 with the exception of made to order products.
You will be able to place orders right through Christmas and New Year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Installation Cut off Dates
Any orders with an installation service placed before 5/12/2021 should take place before Christmas 2021. Any orders placed after this date will occur from 10/1/2022, when the installers return to work. Keep in mind there may be a backlog so time frames may be slightly extended.
We have now reached the pre-christmas cutoff for installations in SA.
Made to Order Clothesline Dates
Any orders placed before 13/12/2021 will be manufactured and on a courier truck before Christmas. Any orders placed after this date will be despatched in the New Year. The factory will also have a backlog to clear when they return so it could be a few extra business days until you receive your product. For the best chance to receive your made to order product before Christmas, we recommend ordering no later than 1/12/21
Air Dry Clotheslines are an alternative as they are in stock.
Courier Delivery Cut off Dates and Delivery Time Frames
Some freight is still delayed due to backlogs from COVID restrictions and increased demand. As we enter the November/December Christmas rush, this will also add pressure to all courier services in Australia.
Although we use Australia's most reputable couriers, they also have a break and slow down their services over the Christmas and New Year Period. This effects all the products we supply.
Couriers will stop picking up on 23/12/21 and will start again on January 3rd. Due to the growing popularity of online shopping and Covid-19 restrictions. The couriers have provided an estimate that if you want to receive your parcel prior to Christmas, it must be despatched by 17/12/21. Please keep in mind this is only an estimate, we recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid delays and disappointment.
If you have not received your order before December 23rd, you will not receive it until the week the couriers return on 3/1/22. They will also have a backlog to clear so it could be some days until you receive your product.
