2021 - 2022 New Year Delivery Dates

As the holiday season approaches, the team and I would like to thank you for your support and provide a service update.

Client Services

Our friendly client services department and support desk will be closed from the 23rd of December to the 4th of January. During the closure period, you are welcome to phone us and leave a message with our staffed reception team or to send an email to sales@theclotheslinestore.com.au

We will respond to your enquiry when we return.

Despatch for stocked items

Couriers have now stopped collecting parcels until the New Year. Any orders placed will be sent in the new year starting from the 4/1/2022 with the exception of made to order products. You may still receive a tracking number during this period.



Placing Orders

You will be able to place orders right through Christmas and New Year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Installation Cut off Dates

We have now reached the cutoff date for installations to be gauranteed pre-Christmas.
Any orders placed with an installation service will not be installed until January 2022 when the installers return to work. Keep in mind there may be a backlog so time frames may be slightly extended.

Made to Order Clothesline Dates

We have now reached the cutoff for Made to Order clotheslines to be despatched prior to Christmas. Any orders placed for a Made to Order product will be despatched in the New Year. The factory will also have a backlog to clear when they return so it could be a few extra business days until you receive your product.

Air Dry Clotheslines are an alternative as they are in stock.


Courier Delivery Cut off Dates and Delivery Time Frames

Some freight is still delayed due to backlogs from COVID restrictions and increased demand for online shopping. Just like the shops get busier at Christmas time, the couriers do too. This can mean some freight will take slightly longer to arrive.

Although we use Australia's most reputable couriers, they also have a break and slow down their services over the Christmas and New Year Period. This effects all products we supply.


Couriers will stop picking up on 23/12/21 and will start again on January 4th. Due to the growing popularity of online shopping at Christmas time and Covid-19 restrictions, parcels may be taking slightly longer to arrive than normal. We have now reached the cutoff for pre-christmas delivery.

If you have not received your order before December 23rd, you will not receive it until the week the couriers return on 4/1/22. They will also have a backlog to clear so it could be some days until you receive your product.
