Are you operating with the Covid Restrictions?

Yes we are fully operational, our support staff are taking calls and orders are being processed and despatched as normal while using Covid-19 best practices. There are some delays with couriers due to restrictions and they are asking for patience. Installations are on hold in Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide during the lock down periods and will resume once they are lifted.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes we have a team of locally based clothesline specialists waiting to take your call. If you have any questions relating to our products or would prefer to place your order over the phone we would love to hear from you. You can call us on 1300 509 564.

Is Delivery Included (FREE) on your products?

Yes all prices on The Clothesline Store include delivery. We deliver Clotheslines to a large number of location through out Australia, However there are some locations we are not able to ship to. Go to our shipping page for more details.

Do you have a Clothesline installation and removal service?

Yes, The Clothesline store has a dedicated team of professional installation specialists who can remove and dispose of your existing clothesline and install your new one. This service is available in most major cities. You can see the areas our installation team cover by visiting our installation page.

How Long will my clothesline take to arrive?

As the largest clothesline stockist in the country, products are despatched every business day. Orders placed before 1.00pm are typically shipped the same day or the following day at the very latest. If you order a made to order product such as the Air Dry Made to Order, these can take up to 5 to 10 working days to be made to your requirements and shipped. Once a product has been shipped it's in the hands of the courier company. As we use the leading freight companies delivery to your address can take between 2 to 10 working days depending on your location, you can find out more detailed information on shipping times by visiting our shipping page

How will my Clothesline by shipped?

We use a number of couriers including Australia post, the product your order and its size and your location will determine the courier we use. Some of the companies we use are Toll, Fastway, Australia Post, Vellex, StarTrack and UPS to name a few.

How will I know when my product has been shipped?

Once a product is shipped, you will be notified, you will also receive a tracking number unless it's a Austral product. This will enable you to track the delivery of your product

What brands do you carry?

We stock and supply a full range of Australia's and over seas branded clotheslines. These include brands such as Hill, Daytek, Austral, Air Dry, Airpex and Kitchen made to name a few.

Can I have a custom width clothesline?

Yes, if you want to change the width of your clothesline there are multiple options available. The Hills and Austral products can be cut down during installation, there are instructions on how to do this in the box. The Air Dry made to order product can also be cut down at time of manufacture at no extra cost as they are made to order.

What payment methods do you take?

We accept a large range of payment options, these include Mastercard, Visa Card, American Express, Paypal, Poli Pay and Bank Deposit. These will be available at the end of the check out process.

Do the clotheslines include Fasteners?

The Hills and Daytek wall mounted products do not include fasteners as standard, you can source them from your local hardware store. The Air Dry and Austral products do include fasteners for masonry walls. None of the retracting clotheslines come with wall mounting fasteners. If you add a ground mount kit to your wall mounted or retracting clothesline, you do not require fasteners. This is also the case if you have one of our installation specialists install the clothesline for you.

Fasteners for attaching the base plates and plated leg kits ato the ground are not included, they are required to be purchased separately from your local hardware.

Do I get the legs when I order a Ground Mount option?

Yes, when you select a ground mount kit or a ground mounted clothesline, you receive the legs and the fasteners to attach the clothesline to the legs as standard. Daytek, Air Dry and Austral offer the option of base plates, which means you can bolt the clothesline to a concrete slab, with out having to drill a large hole through the concrete, known as core drilling.

Can I install a clothesline into Hebal or Weather board?

No, Hebal is not strong enough to hold a clothesline. With Weather board this is also not strong enough or flat enough to hold a clothesline. For these installation we suggest using aground mounted option. More on this can be found on our installation page

Can I pick a clothesline up?

At the moment we only offer delivery of all our product.

Do you provide quotations?

In some instances we can provide quotation, to see if we can provide this service to your area, call 1300 509 564. As an alternative if you require a quotation for a strata company or similar, you can process and order and select bank deposit as the payment option. This will provide you with all the details you require. If you decide to proceed with the purchase simply pay invoice amount into our account using the order number as the reference and your clotheslines will able sent to you.
