The Hills Large Double (Duo) Clothesline is great when you want two clotheslines in one.and fantastic for big family day washes or simply use the single line for smaller loads. IMPORTANT . . . Clothesline Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery to East Coast capital and major metropolitan areas, are within 2 - 8 working days. Often delivery it is considerably faster than the longest time shown, however no guarantee can be made.

Delivery to East Coast regional centres, outside of capital and major metropolitan areas and Adelaide, allow at least 15 working days. These time frames are worst case scenario time frames, however need to be accounted for.

Unfortunately we don't deliver to Northern Territory, Tasmania, Western Australia or outside of the Adelaide Metropolitan area or Far North and Regional Queensland.

The Clothesline Store can not guarantee specific delivery times as this would be irresponsible, because we do not own, control or manage any freight companies. However we do use the most reputable couriers in Australia and despatch products in a very rapid manner.

Made to Order Clotheslines will take longer to be delivered as these are specifically manufactured to suit your order. Please consider this when placing your order. Estimated lead times are on the product pages. Also it's important to note made to order clotheslines cannot be returned.

If your clothesline has not arrived by the latest estimated time frame then please contact The Clothesline Store directly. However any product signed for with the courier or transport company, we are sorry but we can not assist you any further.

The free shipping policy The Clothesline Store offers, (if applicable at time of ordering) and is for delivery to most major cities in Australia. The transport company’s policies will not always allow for delivery to remote areas. It is best if you call The Clothesline Store before you place your order, if you are not sure if you live in a remote location.

The transport company’s door-to-door delivery is not always available in some regional areas. Please be aware you may have to pick up your clothesline up from the transport companies closest depot, or incur additional delivery charge, if the transport company’s policy allows for this service.

All products are generally processed in the same business day and shipped within 24 business hours unless otherwise stated.

Once your clothesline has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and freight company details, this will make it easier for you to know when to expect delivery of your clothesline. (This does not apply for Austral products).

Product Installation

	The Clothesline Store offers an installation and removal service for products purchased from our store. We have a number of highly qualified professionals located in all capital cities in Australia including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide and major centres such as Wollongong. We don't cover Northern Territory, ACT, Tasmania and Western Australia for Installations. A map below shows the areas The Clothesline Store offers professional installation services, if you're located outside these areas The Clothesline Store will not able to install your new clothesline. Alternative a local handyman service may be suitable. We have provided a video link that shows a Clothesline Store professional installing a number of lines on our how to section NOTE: The prices quoted on the product pages cover standard installations only, if you require a hole drilled in concrete additional charges will apply. If you require these types of services contact our team on 1300 509 564 for a quotation prior to ordering. Removal: Removal includes cutting off any existing clothesline as low as possible. As well as making it smooth and safe. This does not include digging existing concrete out of the ground If there is no installation option on a product, unfortunately we don't offer an installation service for them. If you are not sure if your location or type of installation is covered either send us an email us at sales@theclotheslinestore.com.au or call one of our team on 1300 509 564 for assistance. Important Notes Before Selecting Installation The standard installation price includes the installation into grass only as we concrete the clothesline into the ground/dirt. If you have a concrete path, drive way or similar, some brands offer base plates which can be bolted to the top, otherwise holes will be required to be drilled into the concrete. This is an additional cost so for these installation contact us on 1300 509 564. For clotheslines not purchased directly from The Clothesline Store, we are not able to assist with installation. The clotheslines sold on our store can not be installed into Hebal Walls, Weatherboard Walls, or any type of Fence. For these installations we recommend you purchase ground mounted units or kits We can not install any ceiling mounted lines or any indoor clotheslines
	How The Installation Process Works: If you would like one of our professionals to install your clothes line, listed below is the process. 1. Check if we cover the area you are located in. 2. If we cover your location you can either order online when you are buying your clothes line or contact us and place the order over the phone. 3. We will ask you a number of questions so we can be sure we can assist you, these include the location of the line, the surface it is going into, is there an existing line, do you want it removed and so on. This ensures we can be prepared on the day and provide you with the best service possible. 4. Payment for all the work is to be completed at the time you are purchasing your clothes line. If there is any variation in the scope this may incur an additional cost which will need to be paid to the installer on the day. 5. We will send your clothesline directly to you. Once it arrives, we will get you to contact us back and confirm the arrival, we will then lock you in for a date and time for your installation. 6. It can take up to three weeks for an installer to install your clothesline. This is due to the high work loads and grouping installations in a similar area. NOTE: The quoted install prices exclude core drilling, this is when holes are required to be drilled through concrete to install the line or face plates for weather board homes.
