Product Return & Refund Policy

The Clothesline Store is proud to stand behind all the products we sell.

If you change your mind, you are welcome to return the product/s to us within 30 days from receipt of the product/s (excluding City Living made to order products).

The product must be in a resale-able condition. A resaleable condition is essentially the condition you would expect to receive the goods in when you purchase them at full price; this also includes the state of the packaging. We don't accept returns of products which have been opened or trial installed and you are also responsible for the return freight costs.

If you find an issue with your purchase, pending assessment, we will offer you a replacement, repair or an exchange for the faulty product where:

  • The product has either faulty workmanship or materials
  • The product is, or become faulty through no fault of yours
  • The product had defects which were not obvious or brought to your attention

Prior to returning any products contact The Clothesline Store for a return request. At the time of the return request you will be notified of the return address as the product will need to be returned to our warehouse.

You should expect to receive your refund generally within two weeks (10 working days) after your product is received, however, this is dependent on when the courier returns the product to us.

If you have received a faulty item, contact us at Sales@theclotheslinestore.com.au and quote your order name and number. We will then contact you to discuss the corrective action.
