IMPORTANT . . . Clothesline Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery to East Coast capital and major metropolitan areas, are within 2 - 8 working days. Often delivery it is considerably faster than the longest time shown, however no guarantee can be made.
Delivery to East Coast regional centres, outside of capital and major metropolitan areas, allow at least 15 working days.
Adelaide, Perth and other outlying areas, allow up to 18 working days.
The Clothesline Store does not guarantee any specific delivery date.

Made to Order Clotheslines will take longer to be delivered due to the manufacturing time component. Please consider this when your order is placed. Custom made clotheslines cannot be returned.
If your clothesline has not arrived by the latest estimated time frame then please contact The Clothesline Store directly. However any product signed for the courier or transport company, we are sorry but we can not assist you any further.
The free shipping policy The Clothesline Store offers, (if applicable at time of ordering) and is for delivery to most populated areas around Australia.
The Clothesline Store ships to the vast majority of locations in mainland Australia, however locations such as Tasmania, Remote Western Australia, regional South Australia, Far North Queensland, Northern Territory and outlying islands off the mainland, will incur additional delivery charges and there are restrictions on some products. The transport company’s policies will not always allow for delivery to remote areas. It is best if you call The Clothesline Store before you place your order, if you live in any of these areas.
The transport company’s door-to-door delivery is not always available in some regional areas. Please be aware you may have to pick up your clothesline up from the transport companies closest depot, or incur additional delivery charge, if the transport company’s policy allows for this service.
All products are generally shipped within 24 business hours unless otherwise stated.
Once your clothesline has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and freight company details, this will make it easier for you to know when to expect delivery of your clothesline. (This does not apply for Austral products).

Returns and Refund Policy
Custom made clotheslines cannot be returned.
You may return most new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund less the original freight cost provided they are in a resale-able condition. We don't cover change of mind or products which have been opened or trial installed. If the return is a result of an error by The Clothesline Store i.e. incorrect product, we will cover the shipping costs both ways. Returns for any other reason will be payable by the customer unless outlined above.
Prior to returning any products contact The Clothesline Store to for a return request. At the time of the return request you will be notified of the return address as the product will need to be returned to our warehouse.
You should expect to receive your refund generally within two weeks (10 working days) after your product has been received, however, this is totally dependent on when the courier returns the product to us.
If you have received a faulty item, simply contact us at Sales@theclotheslinestore.com.au and quote your order name and number. We will then contact you to discuss the corrective action.
