IMPORTANT . . . Clothesline Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery to East Coast capital and major metropolitan areas, are within 1 - 8 working days. Often delivery it is considerably faster than the longest time shown, however this process is in the hands of the couriers.
Delivery to East Coast regional centres, outside of capital and major metropolitan areas and Adelaide, allow at least 15 working days. These time frames are worst case scenario time frames, however need to be accounted for.
Unfortunately we don't deliver to Northern Territory, Tasmania, Western Australia, outside of the Adelaide Metropolitan area or Far North and Regional Queensland.
The Clothesline Store can not guarantee specific delivery times as this would be irresponsible, this is because we do not own, control or manage any freight companies. However we do use the most reputable couriers in Australia and products are despatch in a very rapid manner.
PLEASE NOTE: City Living Branded Products are Made to Order and Not Returnable
Made to Order Clotheslines (City Living) will take longer to be delivered as these are specifically manufactured to suit your requirements. Please consider this when placing your order. Estimated lead times are on the product pages, also it's important to note the City Living product cannot be returned as it is a made to order item.
If your clothesline has not arrived by the latest estimated time frame then please contact The Clothesline Store directly. However any product signed for with the courier or transport company, we are sorry but we can not assist you any further.
The free shipping policy for The Clothesline Store, (if applicable at time of ordering) is for delivery to most major cities. The transport company’s policies will not always allow for delivery to remote areas. It is best if you call The Clothesline Store on 1300 509 564 before you place your order if you are not sure if you live in a remote location. In addition to this, some transport company’s door-to-door delivery services is not always available in some regional areas. Please be aware you may have to pick up your clothesline up from the transport companies closest depot, or incur additional delivery charge, if the transport company’s policy allows for this service. All products are generally processed in the same business day and shipped within 24 business hours unless otherwise stated.
Once your clothesline has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and freight company details, this will make it easier for you to know when to expect delivery of your clothesline (This does not apply for Austral products). Returns and Refund Policy
Made to Order - City Living Branded Clotheslines Cannot Be Returned.
You may return most new, unopened products (excluding made to order City Living products) within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund. However they must be in a resale-able condition. A resale-able condition is essentially the condition you would expect to receive the goods in when you purchase them at full price , this also includes the condition of the packaging. We don't cover products which have been opened or trial installed and you will be responsible for the return freight costs.
If the return is a result of an error by The Clothesline Store i.e. incorrect product, we will cover the shipping costs both ways. Returns for any other reason will be payable by the customer unless outlined above.
Prior to returning any products contact The Clothesline Store for a return request. At the time of the return request you will be notified of the return address as the product will need to be returned to our warehouse.
You should expect to receive your refund generally within two weeks (10 working days) after your product has been received, however, this is totally dependent on when the courier returns the product to us.
If you have received a faulty item, simply contact us at Sales@theclotheslinestore.com.au and quote your order name and number. We will then contact you to discuss the corrective action.
