How quickly will my order ship?
Air Dry Ready-Made clotheslines are stocked and ready to go .Your order is picked and dispatched directly from stock same business day if it is ordered prior to 1pm, and we'll email your tracking details as soon as it's on its way.
How does delivery work?
Once your order is picked from stock, we'll arrange collection with our courier service. As soon as your order has been dispatched, we'll email you your tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Do you offer an installation service?
Yes. We offer a professional clothesline installation service across a number of cities and surrounding areas.

Can the front bar be trimmed if it's slightly too wide for my space?
If your clothesline is only slightly too wide, the front bar can often be cut down during installation to suit your space.
Please note this is a permanent modification made on-site: cutting the front bar will not void the manufacturer's warranty on the frame, however if cut to the incorrect length, the clothesline can not be returned.
Most people opt for a made to order clothesline when this is a requirement.
What if I don’t have a suitable wall?
No problem. Air Dry Ready-Made clotheslines can be installed in three different ways:
- Wall mounted
- Ground mounted, installed directly in the soil, using our Ground Mount Kit
- Installed on top of concrete using our Base Plate Kit
Simply choose your preferred installation method when placing your order.
What if I’m not sure which clothesline is right for me?

Can I return or exchange my Air Dry Ready-Made clothesline?
Because Air Dry Ready-Made clotheslines are stocked items rather than made to order, our standard change-of-mind returns and exchange conditions apply.
If you're not sure you've picked the right width, depth or colour, contact us before ordering and we'll help you get it right — or get in touch after delivery and we'll help arrange an exchange or return.
How much washing will an Air Dry Ready-Made clothesline hold?
Capacity varies by width and depth, making it easy to find a size suited to anything from an apartment to a large family home.
