Product Return & Refund Policy

If you change your mind, you are welcome to return the product/s to us within 30 days from receipt of the product/s (excluding made-to-order, special order or clearance products which are not returnable).

The product must be in a re-saleable condition. A re-saleable condition is essentially the condition you would expect to receive the goods in when you purchase them at full price; this also includes the state of the packaging. We don't accept returns of products that have been opened or trial installed, and you are also responsible for the return freight costs.

If you find an issue with your purchase, pending assessment, we will offer you a replacement, repair or exchange for the faulty product where:

• The product has either faulty workmanship or materials
• The product is, or has become faulty through no fault of yours
• The product had defects that were not obvious or brought to your attention

Prior to returning any products, contact The Clothesline Store for a return request. At the time of the return request, you will be notified of the return address as the product will need to be returned to our warehouse.

You should expect to receive your refund generally within two weeks (10 working days) after your product is received. However, this is dependent on when the courier returns the product to us.

If you have received a faulty item, contact us at Sales@theclotheslinestore.com.au and quote your order name and number. We will then contact you to discuss the corrective action.
