Where are you based?

Our sales team and national distribution centre is based in Wollongong, NSW which is just south of Sydney. We have installation teams in all major cities on the East Coast of Australia and Adelaide.
Our Made to Order products are made in Sydney, NSW and we also have Austral distribution warehouses in all states.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes of course! Our friendly team are more than happy to help with any questions and provide support to help you choose your brand new clothesline. Feel free to phone us at any time on 1300 509 564. We also have live chat available if you'd like to speak to us that way.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is FREE on all products. However please refer to our shipping page for more details on the areas we service.

Do you have an installation and removal service?

We sure do, this service is an optional extra with most of our clotheslines. You can select the option when you are adding your clothesline to your cart. For more information on installation types, surfaces and areas our team cover, checkout our installation page.

How long will my clothesline take to arrive?

Major Cities on the East Coast of Australia: 1-10 business days after shipment* 

Outer-lying cities and suburbs including South Australia: 3-10 business days after shipment*

​*Couriers say to allow up to 10 working days for all shipments. Deliveries are often considerably faster than the longest time shown, however no guarantee can be made. Seasonal demand, public holidays. As we use couriers, we can never guarantee a specific delivery time frame. We will however despatch your order in a rapid manner for you.

How will my clothesline be shipped?

OYour clothesline will be shipped using a courier. We use a number of different courier companies depending on parcel size and location, for more information please feel free to checkout our shipping page.

I've only received part of my order, where is the rest?

It is perfectly normal for your parcel to arrive in seperate deliveries. Although most of the time we ship your order together, items often get separated in transit.

It's best to hang tight for a few days for the balance of your order to show up. You can always reach out to us at any time and we can check that everything is happening as it should for you.

What brands do you carry?

We supply a large range of Australian and International brands, these include household names such as Hills, Austral, ArtWeger, Glow, Air Dry Ready Made and Air Dry Made to Order, KitchenMaid and Brabantia to name a few.

Can I have a custom size clothesline?

With the folding frame and ground mount style clotheslines, you absolutely can. We can trim the width for free on our Air Dry Made to Order range during manufacturing, or you can trim the width on most other brands yourself while you are installing your clothesline.

Every product will say in the description and specifications if it can be cut down and how to do so or you can see them in our how to section.

Can I pickup my clothesline?

At the moment we are only allowing pickups for Austral branded clotheslines. Please contact our friendly support team if you'd like to arrange a pickup.

What payment methods do you take?

We accept a range of payment options, these include Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, Poli Pay, AfterPay, ZipPay and Bank Deposit.

These will be available at the end of the check out process and we don't charge any transaction fees.

What do I need if I want to install my clothesline myself?

This varies for the different clotheslines and installation type you want to do. In the description of every product we have listed "what's required for DIY install" as well as the manual on every product which has detailed installation instructions.

Do you provide quotations?

We sure do, we're happy to provide a quote for insurance purposes, strata, price comparisons or commercial applications. Our team do this remotely and we do not attend site for a quote. Our team are more than happy to provide advice on what you might need.
