Air Dry Made to Order Custom Width Clotheslines

Are you looking for a clothesline for a specific space?

The Air Dry Australian made-to-order range of clotheslines is made to order. Therefore, we can custom-make them to a width to suit you. This means if you have a narrower space than the standard 1500, 1800, 2100, 2400, 2700, 3000 and 3300 clothesline, we can make it narrower for you at no additional cost. This is only available for the Air Dry - Made to Order - Single Fold range of clotheslines.

You can reduce the size of the Hills and Austral clotheslines during assembly. However, we do not provide this as a service, and you can find out more about this in our How To Section.

How it works,

You select the clothesline you require and the depth. On the checkout page, in the notes section, say how wide you would like your clothesline to be. We can only make them narrower as the depth option can not be customised.

The bolt holes on the clothesline are 70mm in from each end, this is important if you align with existing posts or studs.

For example, if you had a space 2900mm wide, you would order a 3000 series clothesline and request we make it 2800mm wide for you in the notes. We recommend an additional 50mm clearance on each side of the clothesline, so it is best to account for this in your custom width.

Tips

• The clothesline should have 50mm clearance on each side
• The brackets are 70mm in from each end; this is important when you are calculating your width if you are fixing to existing posts or studs
• The clothesline sizes are the overall measurement of the clothesline
• You can also make the width adjustment on-site when installing the clothesline
