January 2026 Updates
2026 New Year Update for Delivery and Installation Services
Our team have returned from a break on the 5th of January with most of our warehouses and installers coming back within the week.
Everyone is working hard to catch up on enquiries, orders and installations. While we don't expect major delays, please bear with us as we work through everything.
Couriers are handling high volumes at this time of year, which may cause slight delays once your order leaves us.
Thanks for your patience, we recommend monitoring your tracking link for the latest updates and please keep in mind the large amount of public holidays over this period. We’re doing everything we can to get your order to you quickly.
Current Delivery Estimates:
- NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD Metro: 1-7 business days

SA & Regional Areas: 2-10 business days
Note: couriers advise allowing up to 10 business days for a worst case scenario delivery. Couriers ARE NOT picking up until 5/1/26, so the time frames do not start until your order is collected.
