Christmas Delivery Dates
Another Year Has Come!
To try and make your experience with the Clothesline Store a little easier, I wanted to let you know about the cut off dates and closure periods for deliveries, installations and client services over Christmas.
Placing Orders
You will be able to place orders right through Christmas and New Year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Installation Cut off Dates
We have now reached Christmas Cut Off for installations nationwide. Any orders placed will not be installed until after the first week of the New Year
City Living Clotheslines Manufacture Cut off Dates
City Living Clotheslines have reached Christmas Cut Off. This means no order placed will be despatched before Christmas 2018. The manufacturing warehouse will shut from 20/12/18 - 14/1/19 which means no manufacturing will occur during this time frame and orders may be delayed beyond normal time frames.
NOTE:Â Installation services for City Living Lines before Christmas cannot be guaranteed as of 30/11/18.Â
Austral Clotheslines Despatch Dates
We despatch our Austral products from the state they are purchased in. Please see below dates that our warehouses will be closed in each state.
NSW/ACT - 22/12/18 - 2/1/19
VIC - 20/12/18 - 7/1/19
SA - 20/12/18 - 7/1/19
QLD - 20/12/18 - 14/1/19
WA - 20/12/18 - 14/1/19
Delivery Cut off Dates and Time Frames
Although we use Australia's most reputable couriers they also have a break and slow down their services over the Christmas and New Year Period. This effects all the products we supply.
The couriers stop picking up on December 21st and will start again on January 3rd. Due to the growing popularity of online shopping, shipping times may also increase.
If you have not received your order before December 21st you will receive it after they return on January 3rd 2019. They will also have a backlog to clear so it could be some days until you receive your product.
Client Services
The client services department and support desk will be closed between December 21 and January 3, 2019. Emails and calls will be returned when the team is back to work.
