Clothesline Installation Service

We offer professional installation and removal services across major locations on Australia’s East Coast. You can select this option during checkout with your clothesline purchase.

Key Installation Details

• Service Includes: Full installation, correct fittings (if not included), and concrete footings (for ground-mounted and rotary clotheslines).

• Service Areas: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Gold Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong, Geelong, and surrounding regions (see full list below).

• Not Included: Ceiling-mounted, indoor, or portable clotheslines. These are not eligible for installation services.

Note: Installation must be selected at the time of purchase. It cannot be added afterward.

How Installation Works

1. Select Installation Option: Choose "Install Only" or "Install & Remove Old Clothesline" before adding your clothesline to cart.

2. Place Your Order: Online or over the phone.

3. Scheduling: We notify our installers overnight. You'll receive a confirmation email within 1 business day with your installer's details.

4. Coordinate with Installer: Once your clothesline arrives, contact your installer with your order number to schedule a suitable time. (Installers do not bring the clothesline with them.)

5. Installation Day: Installer arrives, installs your clothesline, and demonstrates its use.

Missed Appointment or Unsuitable Product or Site? A callout fee of up to $100 may apply if you're not present or the site/product is unsuitable.

Suitable and Unsuitable Surfaces

Use a ground mount kit if a suitable wall surface is unavailable.

Before You Book

• Concrete Areas: May require base plate or core drilling (additional cost).

• Sloped Ground: Only suitable for level areas. Contact us to assess slope suitability.

• Pools: Posts must not be near pool fencing – check with local council.

• Old Clotheslines: Timber post removal and concrete footing excavation are not included.

Customer Responsibility: Ensure clear access, no obstructions, and pets are secured on the day. Clothesline must be delivered and on-site.

Timeframes

• Stocked Items: Installation typically within 1–3 weeks

• Made to Order Items: Installation typically within 2–4 weeks

Timelines may vary with weather, delivery delays, or peak demand.

Victoria: Melbourne, including down to Mornington, up to Craigieburn and down to Geelong

South Australia: Adelaide Metro

Installation Rates

• Standard Install (incl. fittings or cement): $165.00

• Install + Removal of Old Clothesline: $225.00

• Core Hole Drilling (if required): $100.00 per hole
  (Only available in some areas — can only be added when ordering through one of our team members)

Warranty

All installations are covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty from the date of completion.
