4. Book your installer. Once your clothesline arrives, contact your installer with your order number to arrange a suitable time. Installers do not bring the clothesline with them.
5. Installation day. Your installer installs your clothesline and shows you how to use it.

Stocked items are typically installed within 1–3 weeks* Made-to-order items, such as Air Dry, are typically installed within 2–4 weeks*. Timelines may vary and installation is weather dependant in most cases.
All installations are covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty from the date of completion.
