How long does it take to manufacture an Air Dry fold down clothesline?
Air Dry made-to-order clotheslines are generally manufactured within 7–10 business days before being dispatched.
How does delivery work?
Once your clothesline has been manufactured, we'll arrange collection with our courier service. As soon as your order has been dispatched, we'll email you your tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Do you offer an installation service?
Yes. We offer a professional clothesline installation service across a number of cities and surrounding areas.

Can I add a Low Line attachment later?
No. The Low Line attachment must be ordered when your clothesline is manufactured. Because every Air Dry clothesline is made to order, the frame is built specifically to suit the options you select.
What if I don’t have a suitable wall?
No problem. Air Dry clotheslines can be installed in three different ways:
- Wall mounted
- Ground mounted using our Ground Mount Kit
- Installed on top of concrete using our Base Plate Kit

What if I’m not sure which clothesline is right for me?
We're here to help.
Call us during business hours on 1300 509 564, or email sales@theclotheslinestore.com.au with the available space, a few measurements and a photo of the installation area. Our team will recommend the most suitable clothesline for your needs.
Can I return a made-to-order clothesline if I measured incorrectly?
Because every Air Dry clothesline is manufactured specifically for your order, made-to-order products cannot be returned due to incorrect measurements.
If your clothesline is only slightly too wide, the front bar can often be trimmed to suit your space. If you're unsure about measuring before ordering, please contact us first — we're happy to help you get it right before your clothesline is manufactured.
How much washing will an Air Dry clothesline hold?
Air Dry clotheslines are available with drying capacities ranging from approximately 9 metres to over 46 metres of hanging space, making them suitable for everything from apartments to large family homes.
Each product page clearly lists the number of lines and the total hanging space for every model, making it easy to compare sizes before ordering.
