New Year Delivery Dates

Thank you for your support this year.

The team and I would like to thank you for your support and provide a service update. We've provided some guidelines on delivery times and cutoffs below.

Current Delivery Times:

Please allow 1-10 business days for metro deliveries and 3-12 business days for South Australian and regional deliveries. As always, couriers do ask for a maximum of 10 additional working days on top of the quoted times for a worst case scenario delivery in all areas.

Couriers have now stopped collecting parcels for 2022. Orders will still be processed however no pickups will occur until 3/1/23.

* Austral orders in Victoria are slightly delayed due to staff shortages. Both Austral VIC and Austral QLD orders will not recommence despatch until 12/1/23.

Installation Cut-off Dates

Any orders placed with an installation service will now occur in 2023. You are still welcome to order an installation service as our team will install in a first in best dressed basis. Please keep in mind there may be a backlog of orders from the Christmas break and installations may be delayed in January.

Made to Order Clothesline Dates

Our manufacturing factory are taking a break and returning to work on 9/1/23. Standard Made to Order time frames will not commence until this date. The factory will also have a backlog to clear when they return so it could be a few extra business days until you receive your product. 

Air Dry Clotheslines are an alternative as they are in stock.

Client Services

Our friendly client services department and support desk will be closed from the 22nd of December to the 3rd of January. During the closure period, you are welcome to phone us and leave a message with our staffed reception team, leave a message via our live chat app or to send an email to sales@theclotheslinestore.com.au

Placing Orders

You will be able to place orders right through Christmas and New Year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
