Everything was great, including the helpful video (which I discovered way too late in the piece!).
Sturdy, with heaps of space to hang. So far, it's excellent. The only detail I would quibble with is where it says in the instructions "quick and easy to install". It is neither. If you're a handyman, doing this kind of thing every day, then probably it's a breeze. But trying to get my head around it and all the moving parts took quite a while and a fair bit of effort. The video on The Clothesline Store saved my sanity.

Delivery was efficient. Could not have assembled it without your instructional video. It was essential. You could have improved your video with 1. Reminding the viewer to assemble on a non hard surface (did mine on tiles and I scratched it), 2. remind the viewer to make sure somethings are in place (banana shape bend is up and not down, caps are threaded before commencing threading of line), before commencing on the 2nd side as we forget after hyperfocusing on first side. I would also suggest to the viewer to bend the end of the thread to assist it in threading through. Otherwise the instructional video was good and essential.
A nice and light piece of equipment to move. Not too difficult to assemble especially with the instructional video. Very glad I bought it.
