How to Measure for a Perfect Fit

Measuring is easy! Only ONE simple measurement is required!

You will need -

  • 1 x measuring tape
  • Someone to hold the other end of the tape for you
  • Pen and paper, or a smart device, to record your measurements

As shown in the image displayed, just measure your clothesline across the width of the line.  There you have it. This is the only measurement you will need.

The free shipping policy for The Clothesline Store, (if applicable at time of ordering) is for delivery to most major cities. In addition to this, some transport company’s door-to-door delivery services is not always available in some regional areas. Please be aware you may have to pick up your clothesline from the transport companies closest depot, or incur additional delivery charge, if the transport company’s policy allows for this service. All products are generally shipped the next business day unless otherwise stated.

Problem working out how to securing the tabs at the back of the cover it didn’t site properly added an extra strap solve the problem.

Best thing was ordering and despatch which were fast and efficient. It’s adequate. I am not in favour of the black colour, previously had beige which fitted into garden less intrusively. Also the new style of fasteners for the frame are a plastic wheel has to be hand tightened. I don’t know if my old one I had for many years was same brand but the supports could be tightened with pliers- not possible here. I am waiting for my gardener to come to tighten. The side back fasteners are good and strong but there’s a gap at the back edge. Illustration on my packet shows a bit hanging down. I don’t know that would be secure. I have sealed the back edge with gaffa tape that’s what I did with previous version as well and it lasted for 15 years. It’s keeping clothes dry but I looked for alternatives and found none.

This is my 5th clothesline cover over the last 15 years or so. Whilst I didn’t buy my other 4 from this store I can’t fault the service I received from The Clothesline store. I ordered online and after a few days it arrived well packaged. The cover is fantastic and I would
never not have one. A must for every home.

Purchased two of these covers and happy with quality and design. However I am suggesting a minor improvement to the design. Would like to see an additional eyelet inserted both ends of the front Velcro flap. This would enable the cover to be easily folded halfway back, and provide an anchor hole to tie cover to clothesline frame, to allow sun on clothes at front section of line. I improvised by threading a rope inside the Velcro pocket, long enough to tie rope to frame on each side. See attached photo.
