    The staff were brilliant in answering all of my questions and double checking the measurements for my custom-size order - the communication all the way through has been Stella. I installed the clothesline myself, it is very easy, it looks great and works great (only been a couple of weeks though). My only critique is that the paint scratched extremely easily when I was installing which was disappointing. Otherwise, all-round very positive experience.

Installation was easy, although we needed to purchase extra screws/nuts/washers from our local hardware store that were not included (the instructions were clear about this, however it was a little inconvenient).
