    The staff were brilliant in answering all of my questions and double checking the measurements for my custom-size order - the communication all the way through has been Stella. I installed the clothesline myself, it is very easy, it looks great and works great (only been a couple of weeks though). My only critique is that the paint scratched extremely easily when I was installing which was disappointing. Otherwise, all-round very positive experience.

    Incredibly helpful and friendly team ensuring the correct replacement clothesline was chosen, and our order arrived very quickly. Installation was easy, although we needed to purchase extra screws/nuts/washers from our local hardware store that were not included (the instructions were clear about this, however it was a little inconvenient).
