Very disappointed and expected better for price. Hard to assemble and broke a strut as we were trying to release it during assembly. I do not recommend this clothesline.

Very happy with the portable clothesline. We live very close to a neighbour who has mango trees and we get a lot of bat doo doo on our washing. So now we are able to move the washing away from the bats. It will also come in handy in the wet season, no more rushing outside when it rains we can just roll the clothesline under shelter. very happy

Excellent product. I had a problem with damage by delivering company and short one of the screws. Company were helpful and fixed everything quickly and with minimal fuss. Instructions could be better for putting it together but I got there in the end. Put a few hours aside to put it together. If it’s a very sunny day do it early in the morning before it gets too hot as it does take time.

Thanks for your review, we're glad you're happy with the clothesline :)

Great product just a huge trauma to put it together!

Thanks for your feedback Marel! It is a little intricate to put together, we're always working to make that easier. The good news is you only need to assemble it once!

Enjoy your new Sunchaser clothesline :)

Hangs so much washing!

The parcel arrived with some large tears in the packaging (issue with the courier company). Customer service reassured us if there were damages to the actual product or missing pieces, this would be replaced/lost parts sent out (thankfully all good). There was some initial hiccups with assembly as we had been provided with an older copy of the instruction booklet. This was very swiftly dealt with by customer service who emailed the correct document the same afternoon.Assembly of the clothesline was not too tricky. Stringing it up took a while. The clothesline itself is fantastic! Holds so much washing (just did 3 loads and still room for probably another 3 loads). No more need for our numerous clothes horses! It is also very sturdy and does not blow away when left in the backyard. The wheels also make it easy to store under cover on rainy days. Overall, love this clothesline and wish we had bought it sooner!

Thank you for your review Ming, very much appreciated. Sorry to hear of delivery/instruction issues but great to hear the team got sorted so quickly for you. Wonderful to hear you are so happy with your new Sunchaser :-)
