Major Cities on the East Coast of Australia: 1-5 business days after shipment*
Outer-lying cities and suburbs including South Australia: 3-7 business days after shipment*
*Couriers say to allow up to 10 working days for all shipments. Deliveries are often considerably faster than the longest time shown, however no guarantee can be made. Seasonal demand, public holidays and COVID staff shortages can affect delivery times. As we use couriers, we can never guarantee a specific delivery time frame. We will however despatch your order in a rapid manner for you.
We deliver to all Metro Areas on the East Coast and in South Australia. Outer-lying areas are partly serviced by our couriers however we are limited by their delivery zones. If you would like to check if we can deliver to you, please feel free to contact us. The website will not tell you if you are out of area when you are checking out, if you are out of our delivery zones our friendly team will be in contact to provide some alternatives.
Unfortunately we don't deliver to Northern Territory, Tasmania, Western Australia or off the Australian Mainland.
PLEASE NOTE: Made to Order and special order products are not returnable
Made to Order Clotheslines (Air Dry - Made to Order) will take longer to be delivered as these are specifically manufactured to suit your requirements. Please consider this when placing your order. Estimated lead times are on the product pages, also it's important to note the Air Dry - Made to Order product cannot be returned.
If your clothesline has not arrived by the latest estimated time frame then please contact The Clothesline Store directly and we can happily liaise with our delivery partners for you.
The free shipping policy for The Clothesline Store, (if applicable at time of ordering) is for delivery to most major cities. In addition to this, some transport company’s door-to-door delivery services is not always available in some regional areas. Please be aware you may have to pick up your clothesline from the transport companies closest depot, or incur additional delivery charge, if the transport company’s policy allows for this service. All products are generally shipped the next business day unless otherwise stated.
Once your clothesline has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and freight company details, this will make it easier for you to know when to expect delivery of your clothesline (This does not apply for Austral products). Thank you for choosing The Clothesline Store.
